Message from FH Packaging

FH Packaging will continue to operate normally as an essential business to support your packaging needs. Commitment to health and safety are our guiding principles that will always be at the heart of every decision we make. We have placed additional sanitation and hygiene protocol above and beyond the already standard operating procedures, we have in place.  Our teams in our distribution centers across the world continue their daily cleaning to maintain a safe environment. We are also continuously evaluating these practices and, in partnership with local and federal authorities, will continue to proactively adjust our operating protocols as we learn more about COVID-19.


Product Information

Due to increased demand for hand sanitizer packaging, multiple items are currently out of stock. We are currently working to replenish stock as quickly as possible.

The current lead time for popular products are as follow (subject to change)

If you see an item that is out of stock, we may be able to do a pre-order for bulk purchases.

Order Status 

Typically, orders are processed within 2 business days. We are working as fast as we can to fulfill these orders but some orders may take slightly more time to fulfill. Please contact us to check your order status

About UPS Deliveries and LTL Deliveries

At the moment, UPS and our LTL Partners continue to deliver to permitted locations around the world at the same expected delivery timeframes. While this may not be an absolute statement due to the current COVID-19 crisis, please note that FH Packaging is not responsible for any delays after the shipment has left our facility. 

Before making a purchase, all customers should ensure they are able to accept and receive shipments. Any orders that must be redirected or returned due to closures will be subject to reconsignment fees.
