HIS (Heat Induction Seal)

HIS (Heat Induction Seal) is a non-contact sealing process that uses electromagnetic induction to generate heat and create a tamper-evident seal on a container. This is done by passing the container under an induction coil, which generates an alternating magnetic field that induces heat in the metal foil layer of the container liner. The heat melts the wax and adhesive layers of the liner, bonding the liner to the container and creating a hermetic seal.

HIS is a widely used sealing method for a variety of products, including food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, and personal care products. It offers a number of advantages over other sealing methods, such as tamper-evidence, hermeticity, and non-contact operation.
